I’m Todd, the Sr. Manager of Talent Programs for the Crash Champions STEP Body Technician Apprentice Program, where I get to do what I love most, which is help people grow their skills and launch rewarding careers in collision repair. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years, working everywhere from independently owned body shops to major insurance companies like Progressive and State Farm. Having seen the industry from both sides of the desk, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, and building a stronger, more skilled workforce for the future.
